Sales & Inventory Analysis - SKU Level
A Retailtoolbox Sales & Inventory Analysis will help you make better decisions to manage your inventory. Decisions such as what to buy, what not to buy, what to markdown & clear, your best and worst selling items, your most profitable lines and more.
Your sales and inventory analysis will also give you KPI’s such as sales mix, average selling prices, average cost prices, gross margin, stock cover, stock turn and GMROI. The analysis can be done by item and summarised by category.
1) A Sales Report at sku level with category identifer (which includes unit sales, sales revenue in dollars and either cost or gross profit for those sales); and
2) An Inventory Report at sku level with category identifier (which includes units and value in dollars).
The analysis will be summarised into the report format shown below. A bullet point observations of the data will accompany the report. It will be delivered back to you in 2 business days. The analysis will look at the last 12 months and has a maxium product limit of 300 skus.
