Here's how it works...

  1. Purchase your roll-ups in our shop and you will receive a downloadable .pdf document from Retailtoolbox containing information and a link to a design brief form.
  2. Simply read the instructions, answer the questions and include files requested such as logos and images you may require in the design, as well as photos of your store.
  3. Our designer will design 2 concept designs for you.
  4. Select your preferred design and you'll have the opportunity to add your comments at this stage.
  5. Your chosen design will be developed and sent back to you for one set of corrections.
  6. When you receive your final design, check it carefully and send your final approval. This is when we create the final artwork before printing your roll-ups.

How long does it take?

Please allow five to ten working days for graphic design and printing, plus shipping. Please note, the design process takes a minimum of five working days however, the time is determined by how quickly you can reply to Retailtoolbox at each step of the process from sending the brief to your final approval.
